Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason.

To exercise it, notify us of your decision at hello@sweet-laces.com, stating your order number, or return the withdrawal form made available to you.

Products must be returned to us within 14 days of that notification, in their original, unopened packaging. The length appears on the packaging and the clear window allows the shade to be checked without opening it: opening is therefore not necessary to establish the characteristics of the product. An opened pack results in a total depreciation of the product, which can no longer be sold.

This unopened-packaging condition applies to laces, sold individually as well as in packs, whose packaging allows the length and the shade to be checked without opening. For our other items — clothing, accessories and gift boxes — a return is accepted provided the product is in new condition, complete, and has not been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its characteristics.

Return postage is at your expense. Proof of return shipment is your responsibility: keep your tracking number.

The refund is issued within 14 days of receipt of the return, using the same means of payment as the one used for the purchase. It covers the price of the products as well as the original delivery costs, at the standard delivery rate.

We do not offer exchanges.

Legal guarantee of conformity

Independently of the right of withdrawal, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) for two years from delivery of the product, as well as from the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

If a product is defective, damaged or does not match your order, contact us at hello@sweet-laces.com, attaching a photo of the product and its packaging. In the vast majority of cases we reship the product or refund it without requiring a physical return. Where a return is necessary, its cost is at our expense.

The condition of the packaging cannot be held against you under the legal guarantee.
