1. 📦 Returns & Complaints
Legal deadline
You have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to report any problems or exercise your right of withdrawal.
Non-compliant or damaged products
Upon delivery, please carefully check the condition of your package and products. If a product is defective, damaged, or does not comply with your order, you must:

Contact us within 14 days via our contact form or by email at hello@sweet-laces.com

Attach visual evidence (photos of the product and package) as well as the signed delivery note (if applicable).
If no claim is made within this period or no clear proof is provided, the product will be deemed to be compliant.
Proposed solution
Once the claim has been validated, we undertake to:

Repair the product (if possible)

Replace it with a new product (subject to availability)

Or provide a full refund of the costs incurred
These actions comply with Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
2. 🔁 Right of withdrawal
Terms and conditions
In accordance with the law, you may change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order, without having to provide a reason.
For the return to be accepted:

The products must be unopened, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging

The return must be made within 14 days of your notification
Products that are opened, soiled, damaged, or incomplete cannot be returned or refunded.
Withdrawal procedure

Download and complete the withdrawal form

Send it to hello@sweet-laces.com with the subject line:
➤ “Withdrawal request – Order #12345” -
Return the products to the address provided, using a tracked parcel service if possible.
The refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned parcel, via the same payment method used for the purchase.
The initial delivery costs will be refunded, minus the return shipping costs, which remain your responsibility. You are responsible for providing proof of return shipping.

Sweet Laces cannot be held responsible for:

Cases of force majeure

Address errors provided by the customer

Delays due to independent carriers
If the delivery is delayed by more than 14 days beyond the announced delivery date, you may request cancellation of the order (except in cases of force majeure). The refund will then be made within 14 days.
International delivery
For orders outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
