Withdrawal form

You have fourteen (14) days from receipt of your order to change your mind, without having to give any reason.

There are two ways to exercise it: email us at hello@sweet-laces.com quoting your order number, or copy out and send us the form below. Both have the same value.

Once you have notified your decision, send the products back within 14 days. Return postage is at your expense. We refund you within 14 days of receiving the parcel, to the original payment method, original delivery costs included, at the standard delivery rate.

Laces are returned in their original, unopened packaging. Everything can be checked without opening it: the length is printed on the pack and the clear window shows the shade. For the details, see our Returns page.
