What products does SweetLaces offer?
We offer original, colorful, and premium laces designed to enhance your sneakers. Each pair is built to last and boasts a unique look.
What's in a package?
Each pack contains 1 pair of laces , or 2 laces , delivered in fun, collector's packaging.
What sizes are available?
We offer several lengths according to your needs:
- 105 cm
- 120 cm
- 145 cm
- 170 cm
The width is standard: 8 mm (0.31”) .
Are the laces washable?
Yes! Our laces can be hand or machine washed at a maximum temperature of 40°C.
What materials are used?
Our laces are made of durable polyester , with 3mm (0.12”) plastic tips .
Do the laces fit any pair of sneakers?
We have designed 65 different shades and 4 different sizes for each shade.
We have no doubt that you will find the perfect laces for your sneakers.
Law and Taxes
International orders (shipments outside the EU) may be subject to customs or import duties once the order reaches its destination country.
Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of import duties and taxes and therefore each buyer must assume responsibility for these potential additional costs.
As import duties and taxes vary from country to country, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
I have not received my order confirmation or tracking number.

Delivery
Practical information on delivery times, shipping and tracking.
Where are orders shipped from?
All our orders are carefully prepared from our workshop located in the South of France (06).
What are the delivery times?
We put a lot of love into processing your orders and making sure they meet your expectations.
Generally you receive your order:
• 48 hours after we have processed it if you are in France .
• 2 to 5 days after we process it if you are in Europe .
• 6 to 12 days after we process it if you are in the rest of the world .
However, our service providers may encounter difficulties, in which case we are not responsible for the final delivery time.
Can I track my order?
Yes. After placing your order, you will automatically receive a tracking number assigned to your package and instructions on how to track it.
My order is delayed?
Your delivery may be delayed for various reasons (weather, traffic, unforeseen events, etc.).
We strongly advise you to check your inbox in this case. We will be sure to provide you with information regarding this to the email address provided as soon as we have it.
You can also contact customer service if necessary.
Can I return my order?
Of course. You have 14 days to return your laces after receiving your order.
However, we draw your attention to our return conditions .
The laces must be in their original packaging , intact , without having been opened .
As for any return costs, they are naturally your responsibility .
I made a mistake in the delivery address
If you have entered the wrong delivery address, we may still be able to change it, depending on whether your order has been processed by our teams or not.
If it has been taken care of, we will unfortunately no longer be able to modify it. Otherwise, we will do our best to correct this error.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal.
Is payment secure?
Yes. All transactions are encrypted and secured through our payment partner Shopify Payments.
Returns & Refunds
Our conditions in case of problems or changes of mind.
Can I return a product?
For hygiene reasons, laces cannot be returned if their protective packaging has been opened. If the product is unused, you can contact us within 14 days.
Can I return a product?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
